Effective October 26, 2026. This notice describes the consultation form and tools on Physician Loan Advisor, an educational website of Sasha Windes and Team Windes at TyKy dba Local Lenders Group.
What you choose to share
The consultation form collects your name, email, phone when you request a call or text, preferred contact method, career stage and home-financing goal. City or ZIP, timing and a message are optional. It also records your inquiry consent, submission time and limited campaign and referring-page tags when present. A temporary network-derived identifier helps limit repeated submissions; we do not store your raw IP address in the lead record.
How the information is used
Your inquiry is stored for Sasha to review and respond to your request. Access to the advisor inbox is restricted. Operational email alerts use Resend and contain a link to the private inbox without your form answers. Service providers that host and operate this site process data to deliver these functions. We do not sell consultation information. The form does not authorize a credit inquiry or enroll you in marketing. Newsletter signup is separate and opens Constant Contact.
Keep sensitive documents out of this form
Do not submit Social Security numbers, dates of birth, account numbers, tax returns or medical information. The consultation form is not a mortgage application. Sasha will direct you to a secure application or document channel when appropriate.
Calculators, cookies and external links
Payment-planner inputs stay in your browser and are not submitted as a lead. With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits to our public pages, application-link clicks, consultation-link clicks, contact clicks, form starts, submission errors and successful consultation requests. We send fixed event names and clean page addresses, not your form answers, names, contact details, calculator inputs or raw URL query strings. Analytics is off until you allow it. Advertising storage, Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled. We honor browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Your choice is stored for up to 180 days. Limited, approved campaign labels and the first public page visited are kept for the current browser session and attached to a consultation request to help us understand its source. Hosting and sign-in services may use essential cookies and operational logs. External websites, including Google Analytics, Constant Contact and the company application portal, have their own privacy practices.
Your choices
Contact Sasha@TeamWindes.com to request access, correction or deletion of your consultation information, or to stop follow-up. Information may be retained where needed for a legitimate business or legal purpose. See the company privacy policy for information about its separate services.
